I do really love 2 teas - golden assam and oriental spice. I also love focus & flair and shiro gives me the boost I need. I find it expensive and don’t like all the little plastic packages. It certainly doesn’t save plastic because I just drank from the tap before. It is however giving me a nice alternative to alcohol so is good for my health and handy when you’re out, not drinking alcohol and don’t know what to drink
