Ordering from Ireland it took quite a few days for the order to process and then deliver. More than expected. Package arrived damaged,covered in brown tape and opened. Couldn't gift for Christmas as it was intended. Was "reimbursed" with some points which I think equated to a straw. Very disappointed with overall experience. However gave the benefit of the doubt and ordered another package today. Fingers cross I can gift this one.
