I couldn't be happier with the customer support I received with my last order.
1st, I wanted to get the Emilia Wickstead bottle with my points but wasn't able to put it in my cart, due to a technical issue. I reached out to Waterdrop via Instagram and within 2 days the issue was solved.
Then, I received the incorrect number of Microlyte packs and again, the customer service solved it within a couple of days.
They even sent me another Microlyte pack to apologize for the inconvenience.
