Communication with delivery and tracking was good, a little slow but arrived in good condition. Loved this bottle especially! I'm able to use it for either hot or cold drinks. The waterdrop app is amazing to track your daily intake and you are also able to collect points this way too. Would highly recommend, want to collect them all!
