I have been drinking water with waterdrop for years now. Waterdrop helps me stay hydrated. I love the taste of most of the cubes but definitely have favorites : zen, boost, sky, focus, glow and the new ice teas.
I have PCOS and cannot tolerante sugar, so Waterdrop is perfect to add flavour to my water. It has eliminated my need for sodas, as I sometimes add it to sparkling water.
