The orders are always timely, and well packaged. Very rarely the cubes have gotten shaken up and are more dust than a cube, but it doesn't affect the functionality so I won't nick points for that. The flavors have been as promised, and only rarely do I stumble upon a drink that's not to my personal tastes. Overall I'm very happy with Waterdrop, and will be ordering more in the future!
