Overall very happy with waterdrop, but sometimes i get a batch delivered where the waterdrops are hard to open because of the way the little pods are glued - meaning that the back of the pod is just hard to remove at once (really depends on the batch, and then i end up using a knife)
The loyalty program is also nice :)
