Instructions were very specific and understandable. Water taste was excellent; water color pure. The 10 cup pitcher just fit into my small refrigerator. Handle was sturdy. I am a senior, and a smaller pitcher would suit me better in terms of lifting it in and out of the refrigerator. However, I am very pleased overall, and immediately shared my comments with a friend and family member; both of whom may be your next customer.
