We have the basic, one cartridge undersink system installed in the kitchen and it produces great water. We're on a community water system that is undrinkable. We also have a whole house cannister carbon filter which makes the water tolerable for regular uses, and then the Waterdrop filter gives us drinking/cooking water that is wonderful. No more buying bottled water.
