Love, love, love the waterdrop products! Apsolutley impressed with the quality in every respect!
However, the way company operates in Serbia I'm not happy with as there is no easy way to comunicate with the customer service... For example, my log-on details aren't working, so I was unable to connect all my purchases and get points, and I don't have time to chase it up as there are no phone numbers or emails that I can easily find :(
