We went online filled in the information honestly and completely , you always expect them to try and knock you down a bit , say 10-15% , its all in the game .
Quoted £1250 online offered £270+vat on inspection. Its an insult to your client and a poor business model , be reasonable in your quotation or don't bother . Save your client and yourselves some time .
