I found out they charge 2.5% of the withdrawal amount if you don't trade with them after you deposit the money! I lost all of my money, including the account, as a result of verification after submitting my request and exchanging a few emails with customer service. Had they not helped me and successfully recovered all of my money, I would have been in debt for a very long time.
