I am reviewing on behalf of my mother whom I put onto the Chief Collagen lemon tart bars. Mum has dementia and is in a nursing home. These bars are her special treat, of which the whole box is upended into her handbag so that no one steals them. Being that she suffers from sarcopenia, and is confined to the nutrition of a nursing home, I feel confident in giving these to her to supplement any protein she may not be receiving. The only issue though is she does like to eat them in a week.
