I got these because regular protein bars give me intestinal issues. Unfortunately these seem to also, possibly the amaranth flour. Snack wise meat bars aren’t very good the first few bites are a weird mushy texture then there are pieces you can’t chew through. I couldn’t eat mine. Just an honest review.
