I ordered a flask as a gift, it took over two weeks for it to arrive and that was after I’d had to leave more than one message to find out where it was!!! Then when it did arrive the basket was missing out of it so I complained again and another two weeks later I’m still waiting for the part to arrive!!!
I think your customer service is dreadful and under no circumstances will I ever recommend your products or especially your service!
