While I love your mineral foundation, my whole reason for purchasing it was to switch to refillables. But the bamboo pot doesn’t seem to open so I can’t refill it. I emailed your customer services who said they would pass on the enquiry but I never heard back. Sadly i’ve had to take my business elsewhere now.
