Didn't deliver; ignored the problem.
After 18 months, the product didn't arrive, I had forgotton about it to be honest. When I was asked to review Wearth London, I thought I'd get in touch with them to find out what happened, and to give them the benefit of the doubt if they complete the order or offer a refund.
Their reply:
"Thank you for contacting us... We have now paused the review request emails... Kind regards Ginny"
End result: £30 down
