I had been given a gift card for this company, which I’d not heard of. I chose a number of items: it wasn’t difficult! There was a problem with one item, which I brought to the attention of Wearth, who dealt with it promptly, wisely and efficiently.
It’s refreshing when a company reacts appropriately when there is a problem. (Recent experience with another online company has been appalling, with the company virtually blaming the customer for the problem!)
