A decent range of planet friendly goods and easy to order - that's the good part. The despatch confirmation is sadly lacking - almost everyone now gives a date of delivery so I was surprised not to see one, especially given how much I'd spent. Checking the FAQs, an approximate length of time delivery takes is at the bottom of each item in the shop. My items were "5-7 days" which expired today - but I was asked to leave a review, so this is a review of my experience I would probably use them again (assuming my order turns up when I'm here to take delivery - whenever that will be) but not giving a delivery date nowadays is not really helpful.
