I was very impressed with the 'Customer Service', i received!
I had a problem, i had only received half of my order, because, the items came from two different suppliers!
Imani was quick to chase up the supplier for the rest of the order!
It was just as well he did this,as, the supplier didn't have a record of the order on their system!
Imani, apologised for the error & i received the rest of my order direct from the supplier!
Thank you, Imani, not having 'Kraft Paper Tape' to wrap my presents was avoided! :)
