Payment was very simple and it arrived in about a week. I would have liked to see my order more clearly, as I ordered two of the same candle but I was worried one order had not gone through, but it did.
It looks like a great product, I sent it as a christmas present so I cannot say for sure, but the ethics and simplicity of the website were great!
