Emailed on 3rd Jan to start a return as instructions on website, received an automatic reply to say ‘back in office on 4th and would reply to emails then’
I sent a follow up email on 6th and I’ve still not had a reply - don’t like leaving poor reviews but very poor customer service from what seems like a nice company. Still need to return the item and have no idea how too!
