Received both Liquid Detergent and Fabric conditioner intact and super fast delivery. The only reason I've given 4 stars is I cannot get the top open on the fabric conditioner. Several people have tried and failed, the top is locked super tight. Unable to pass comment on the contents. Any ideas on how to loosen the top?
