I was under the impression, with delivery being stated as 2-3 days, that I was buying directly from you and good would ship from you however after having to chase (as my order still hadn’t dispatched after 3 days) it appears you are an agent and have no physical stock as I was told I would get an update as you got an update from the brand.
My order took 8 days to arrive and although my shipping fee was refunded as a gesture of goodwill, I don’t think I’d shop with you again.
