I'm really disappointed with the customer service. I ordered products on 6th March and received the wrong items (at a lesser value). The customer service is really slow to reply to queries (longer than the 2-3 days they quote usually) and they still haven't sorted it out over two weeks later. I am left with products I don't want, still no sign of the right ones. I'm sure it's all fine if you get the right order, but if anything goes wrong or you need customer service you'll soon wish you'd never bothered ordering from them.
