This shop isn’t for me I am afraid. Service is slow, some products are overpriced for what they are. The order is shipped from different places. If only half of your order arrives they don’t refund postage fee. Part of my order was cancelled due to price error on the site, so when I reordered I had to pay postage fee again. Customer service did give me £5 account credit as a good will gesture, but I can’t call it good will gesture, it is my money back for paying extra postage and lost first order discount. Lots of hassle. I purchased as a guest customer and they asked me to create an account that I didn’t want to create just to receive a refund. I won’t order again.
