Good experience. I purchased the conditioner- glass bottle, lovely grapefruit smell. all carboard packaging for postage so no plastic waste. The hand soap from Milly and Sissy is nice as well, actually dissolves into a thick liquid more similar to hand soap than I have managed to find in the past. A compostable bag so again, no plastic waste.
