Refund received 2 Sept after a problem with the original item ordered which was placed 18 Aug so took a while to resolve. A new order was placed on the same day, 2 Sept, but not received until 15 Sept. Although the candle is nice the deliveries are too slow for me - 13 days! I wouldn't want to rely on items arriving on time for gifts.
