Unfortunately the gift ordered for my friend’s birthday, did not arrive in time, despite having ordered it in plenty (I felt) of time, (over a week ) a standard email was sent to me saying there would be a delay, and a list of rather inexplicable excuses.. had I known that there were problems, I wouldn’t have ordered as a birthday present.
