I really like the selection of products - lots of interesting eco-friendly options. The ordering process is easy. However, I would prefer an email notification to let me know when the goods are shipped so I know when to expect delivery. I like the idea of the reward scheme but redeeming points doesn't seem to be very user-friendly. I had hoped to see my points balance in my account section.
