Good natural product in sustainable packaging. Customer service good - when item delayed due to postal strike, etc., I wrote to customer service and they did reply right away to assure me the item was on its way. The only issue I had was inputting my address when at the ordering stage - a message flashed up several times saying they didn't deliver in my area - I don't know why this was - after persisting, the system eventually allowed me to enter my address.
