Product arrived nicely packaged and presented with minimal waste packaging. Very happy with the gift, and nice prompt and quick delivery.
My only complaint is that it arrived in a box that seemed to be from a different company. I'm not sure if this is to minimise waste in keeping with the ethical sense of the website, but it may have nice to inform the customer to avoid confusion.
Otherwise, lovely products and presentation, defiantly visiting again!
