I contracted with webconica to update an existing website and to create an additional website...adding a membership option for both sites. The process was supposed to take 3-4 weeks. 5 months later I still did not have any output from webconica. I asked for a refund and was told it would take some time. I received a $100 partial refund weeks later. They still owe me additional funds. I have tried to contact them and have not been able to reach anyone by phone. I was able to contact them via a chat line and was told I would get a call from the refund dept. in an hour...that was over 2 hours ago. To date they have not provided me with any output from the project and seem to ignore any effort to receive a refund. Not sure about all the good reviews...they certainly have not given me any satisfaction. I just want the balance of my refund or all the output for the 5 months that have taken to work on my project.
