The initial contact was great. Promises galore. They said everything would be quick and seemless. Nothing has been. 2 1/2 weeks into this I still have nothing completed. Promised a refund if I wasn’t satisfied. Ive asked for a refund and got the run around. New agent new promises please give us another chance. So I agreed. Was told I’d get an email with the guarantee of the refund if the second chance they asked for didn’t satisfy me. No email. No answer at the phone number. Nothing. People like these need jail time. So I’m going to call some legal help in their area of the address listed. Very disappointed. Shame on this company to take advantage of people. Disgusted.
