Despite having paid in full, access to the control panel for a site has been withheld. The claim to require a production meeting before granting access and promise to call the next day with credentials. That call never comes. When inquiring if the company is based in India instead of San Jose, CA, the response was hostile.
My suggestion is if you need professional web services, call another firm.
