I don’t recall signing up to this scheme and have no idea how this company got my bank details. They’ve taken money out of my bank account for almost 18mths and I didn’t even know it. Makes me very very wary of shopping online. Apparently the got me through a mobile phone purchase! This company use very shady practices. I certainly did not knowingly sign up to a rogue savings scheme. Something needs to done about this. I shall be making a formal complaint to Financial Ombudsman.
