I'd like to put 0 or negative star instead. I've cancelled my membership subsription in Nov 2023. I seldom check my bank statement but recently when I check it to my surprise this company is still collecting membership fee monthly till now. I've sent emails, made phone call to the customer service and they said they couldn't locate my membership coz it's been cancelled in 2023, and even said that's impossible for them to still collecting membership fee. That's total denial of their fault!!
