The service is very good. Attention to detail good and response to emails good. The electronic Payment process did not work for us however this did not cause an issue with payment team gave alternative to pay over phone. Received a call saying our pen's had black rubber and not blue as per order - this happens - I was disappointed with the call I received saying that if we wanted the pens in time for our event would be best to keep black rubber - without any compromise. It was not till we asked for compensation that all of a sudden we were able to get the correct pen in time for event. We were pleased at getting the correct pen - however would have been happy to accept the incorrect pen. I am sure it would have been better financially for you to compensate rather than reprint - just a thought. Your service is really good - just remember that your company name is WE BRAND IT - and to over a pen that is not on Brand without compensation was disappointing for me. It would be interesting to know what you did with the incorrect pens. I hope this is a learning for you. At the end of the day we were very happy with your products and service and look forward to working with you in the future.
