Lost package blamed Royal Mail but at my expense I have to wait for the outcome of the enquiry. I’m now out of pocket and have no product. Be very cautious buying any medical product if this has the potential of becoming “lost” there’s no responsibility taken at all. Got to your Bers might be a bit more expensive but not worth the stress and loss of money!!
