Awful customer service! Spent over $40,000 on 2 Henny Penny fryers that were damaged, missing parts and one with no factory seal and dirty and they would not replace. Took weeks to get any response and you cannot speak to someone directly. You get an email of responses that never take care of the issue. Very frustrating. You learn a lot about a company on how they deal with problematic issues and I give them an "F". I can only try to help others avoid this problem in the future.
