Return service is a nightmare. They tried their best to make you keep the items. I ordered 20 Dole soft serve mix, all mango for a big event. I received email from webstaurantstore said that they had only 8 boxes in stock and the rest are backordered. I immediately placed another order for 12 case of pineapples. It took me 1 hr to reach their support team to cancel the backordered items. They said they already shipped out all 20 boxes of mango dole mix. I requested them to cancel of the 12 pineapple doles and they would not accept them back. They're still being delivered to my address. I canceled all account and will not buy anything from them again. This happened twice already.
