30% restocking fee!!! First time and last time I ever purchase from this company. Bought on item online, looked through all the items description and specifications and no where did it show the what I was looking for so I messaged them through the chat option and also asked about the return policy just in case it didn’t work out. Got the item it was the wrong and I didn’t even open it, I tried to return it and they are charging a 30% restocking fee.. no help I tried showing them the transcript but didn’t care… NO CUSTOMER SERVICE..
