Absolutely shocking service, made up marks to lower the price of a phone that was immaculate. It’s now been 15 days since I first enquired about selling my device, I still have not received payment!! To make a call takes on average 15 minutes to get through to someone (I have made 4 calls). When I asked to have the device sent back this was laughed at. I will not be using this service again and would definitely not recommend them.
