Went with my daughter (the bride) and her MOH to the Cardiff store first thing last Sunday. Told we would have to wait an hour, in fact it was only about 20 minutes. Daughter tried 4 dresses while we facetimed her other bridesmaid, and liked one of them but it wasn't THE ONE. So we went for lunch to think about it. Returned to see 'our' assistant, Laila, leaving. Daughter tried a completely different style (no go), then the one she liked from the morning, 8/10. Abbie the wonderful assistant vanished and came back with the 'wild card'. And I started crying, daughter looked so beautiful. It just had subtle differences that made it 10/10. We also bought the Empress cape which had been the only item daughter was sure of when she started. Thanks for all the patience from Laila and 'wild card' Abbie.
