On my first ever bridal shop experience I went to visit to wed2b galleries,Bristol,we were greeted by Iris! So friendly and so accommodating,very knowledgeable about all the dresses.styles,shapes patterns etc! Offered help getting in and out of dresses,which I agreed to as iris instantly put me at ease and I felt so relaxed! My bridesmaids also have spoken about how professionally friendly and accommodating they were! A week after my first visit I had an almost instant urge to go back to wed2b for a dress I’d tried the week before! After 2 very different experiences with rude unhelpful women at other independent bridal shops in Bristol! It was early Friday evening when I needed to back and wed2b Bristol galleries to either illuminate or come away with a certain dress I tried the week before!! I headed straight down there.They closed at 5,but I rang to explain I needed to relook at a certain dress again as what felt like a matter of urgency 🤣 again nothing but friendly and understanding on the phone! I got there 30 minutes before close of shop,but still were greeted by such lovely friendly staff and Iris was there again 😍 straight over to get me took myself my mum and bridesmaid into the changing room where said dress was waiting! Even thou we were close to closing time I never felt at any point any rush or pressure or like I was being a nuisance that might keep them behind finish time slightly! Anyway I said “yes to the dress” all the staff were so lovely congratulating a very happy me,mum and bridesmaid,the lovely Iris will always be remembered in my wedding journey now,for how she made me feel so happy amd my experience so lovely! Lovely shop too!! Forever greatful for this place! Iris you deserve a medal for giving your job your brides your absolute all! Thank you Bristol,galleries
