I attended the Middlesbrough store with My mam on 17-02-24. I'd seen the Raye wedding dress online and tracked down that my local store (Middlesbrough) had the dress is my size. Upon entering the store I was greeted by olivia who welcomed me in discussed my wedding and found the Raye dress and also the Jasmina. Olivia helped me into the Raye and I just knew there and then that I'd found my dress. ( she was also crying) After allowing me 2 hours in the dress, doing a run, walk, dance, sit and spin test and face time with family to check with them I said YES to my dress and bought the RAYE. Olivia's customer service was amazing from start to finish. I felt so relaxed and comfortable without being rushed or anxious. I highly recommend Olivia and also Erin who helped at the end with after care and packaging the dress.
