The most perfect, magical experience! Wow! Where to start? I went into the Rotherham store today, 9 months away from my wedding, with the world of anxiety, lots of dread and fear about even 0utting on a wedding dress. I even cried before changing out of my own clothes! This was however, soon eased and I quickly became completely comfortable and at ease with the support of Beth- she was fantastic in every way and everyone in the store made me feel so heard and understood! My visit was in every way perfect and I walked away with my dress and some very teary eyes along with my friends and family, who we're also incredibly impressed with the service that we'd received!
