Turn up 1h45 late. Whole point of this is to make my life easier and more convenient. Landed at 11pm. 2 young kids under 3, and waiting so long for my car.
When they delivered it. Could not find anyone for handover. Turns out he left the car unattended, left and left my car key on top of one of my tyres, so anyone who saw could have easily stolen it. Shambles of a company. Did not even reply to my official complaint.
