I gave a call to the mobile provided 30 minutes before the arrival time. When we got into the car park in Level 4 Row S 30 minutes later, my car was not there so I called again. I was then told that the driver could not start my car as the battery was not working. I asked why they have not give me a call to let me know before. I did not have an answer and I was said that they will try to help me and see if they can start the car. 20 minutes later I received a call from a mobile phone from a driver saying saying that in 10 minutes my car will be at the parking. I asked what was the reason why the car was not starting and I was told that my car did not have any problem and that it started perfectly well. When finally my car arrived, it was dirty and with a stain of an egg in the left front window. Everything was quite confusing and the communication by phone was very difficult as there was a constant background noise.
