No wonder such a low approval rating!
Drop off driver late, pick up took 4 phone calls to unfailingly rude & unhelpful operator & eventually took 2 hours to get my car back! I was about to call the police to report it stolen!
Maybe they had parked it in Birmingham - it would have been back sooner!
Use ANYONE else for valet parking if you want decent service
